These terms cover your use of Tidela. In plain English: Tidela is a tool for running your sales, you keep ownership of your data, and you agree to use the product lawfully and as intended. We agree to provide the service with care and to be straight with you about how it works.

Using Tidela

When you use Tidela, you agree to these terms. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the data and activity in your workspace. Use Tidela lawfully and as intended: don't misuse it, interfere with it, or try to reach another customer's workspace.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of the customer and sales data you bring into Tidela. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you, and you can export or delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.

The service

We work hard to keep Tidela available, accurate, and secure, and its AI is built to reason only over your real data. That said, the service is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited. Software has bugs and AI can make mistakes. The important calls are always yours to make.

Billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described when you sign up. You can cancel at any time, and you're never locked in. Your data leaves with you.
