Two lists. What works today, and what is still coming.
An AI layer is only as useful as what it can see. So this page is kept strict: a system appears under "today" the day it works in the product, and not a day before. Everything else is labeled roadmap, with no dates we can't keep.

How a connection behaves
Email and meetings land on the right account and contact. Nobody files them.
Synced activity shows up in every answer and every brief, with the rest of the record.
Drafts wait for a person. An email leaves only when you send it.
Connected and running in the product now.
Each of these is live for every workspace, trial included.
Microsoft 365
Connect your own mailbox once. Email to and from known contacts is logged on the right account automatically, replies from your mailbox go out through Outlook and land in your Sent folder, and your calendar syncs both ways: Tidela tasks with a due date appear on your calendar, and meetings with known contacts appear in Tidela. Your Microsoft 365 admin approves Tidela once for the company.
Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP assistant
Tidela runs an MCP server. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports remote MCP and ask about your pipeline, log notes, update deals and read projects from inside the assistant you already use. One record at a time, as the signed-in person, with no bulk export or delete. Setup guide →
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Work accounts only. Enterprise Security adds SAML single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any standards-compliant provider, plus SCIM provisioning. Details →
REST API and webhooks
A documented REST API for accounts, contacts, deals, projects and activities, OAuth for apps you build, API keys per workspace, and webhooks that fire when records change, with delivery logs and redelivery. API documentation →
Import from your current CRM
A one-time import of accounts, contacts, deals and activity from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Nimble, Attio, Copper, Pipeliner, Capsule or monday.com using a read-only token, or from any CSV. Duplicates are caught, every row's result is kept, and a batch can be undone in one click. This is a migration, not a live sync.
Calendar feed and documents
A private calendar feed (ICS) you can subscribe to from any calendar app, and files or links attached to any account, contact, deal or project. The assistant sees that a document exists; reading what is inside it is on the roadmap.
Not available yet. We will not call it available until it is.
These are in design or in build. If one of them is the reason you'd choose Tidela, talk to us before you decide, and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Procore Coming
Projects, directory and bids read into Tidela for Construction. Specified and in the partner process with Procore; not yet in the product.
QuickBooks Online Coming
Invoices and payments on the account, so "are they paid up" is one question away.
HubSpot and Salesforce as your system of record Coming
Keep your CRM and let Tidela read from it continuously. HubSpot first, read-only first. Today the HubSpot connection is a one-time import.
Autodesk Build Coming
The second construction connector, after Procore.
Google Workspace mail and calendar Coming
Send from Gmail and two-way Google Calendar. Built, and waiting on Google's app verification before customers can connect it.
HR and payroll systems Coming
Who's on which crew, who's out this week, read into the assistant with the permissions of the source system.
Power BI Coming
A reporting connection for the dashboards your finance team already builds.
Zapier app Coming
A listed Zapier app with triggers and actions. The API and webhooks it will use already exist.
iPhone and Android apps Coming
Tidela works in any phone browser today and can be installed to the home screen. Native apps in the stores are on the roadmap.
Questions people ask before connecting anything.
No. Emails the assistant drafts wait for a person to send them. Calendar sync is two-way and only for items you created: a Tidela task with a due date shows up on your calendar, and a meeting on your calendar with a known contact shows up in Tidela. Nothing is sent or scheduled without you.
Each person connects their own mailbox, and the same workspace permissions apply to synced activity as to anything typed in. An assistant connected through MCP sees only what the signed-in person can see. Details on roles and record-level permissions are on the Enterprise Security page.
Designed or in build, not in the product. We don't publish dates for connectors because partner approvals and app-store reviews are outside our control. Ask us and you'll get the current status in plain words.
Often, yes. Anything that can call a REST API or receive a webhook can work with Tidela today, and any AI assistant that speaks MCP can read and update it. For a packaged connector, tell us which system and we'll say honestly whether it's planned.
